David Lepofsky (born 1957) is a Canadian lawyer and disability advocate. Now retired from his position as General Counsel in Toronto, Lepofsky teaches at the University of Toronto and at Osgoode Hall Law School. Blind for much of his life, Lepofsky was named one of Canada's most influential lawyers in 2010.
